Algonquin Family Health Team Patient Satisfaction at 96%

During the month of May, 2016, as part of our Ministry of Health quality improvement goals, the AFHT asked our patients for feedback on various aspects of their interactions with our Physicians and Nurse Practitioners. Many of our patients willingly participated in the survey and the result was a 94% satisfaction with our care. Related to appointments, 86 % said they were satisfied that they were able to see their provider at a time of their choosing. In addition, 95% felt that their provider spent enough time with them during office visits. An overwhelming number of patients surveyed expressed satisfaction with the courtesy and professionalism of office staff- 98%!

The Algonquin Family Health Team would like to thank our patients for taking the time to respond to our survey and giving us the opportunity to continue to provide the excellent care they expect.
